About Us

Conveyor Splicing Services is a company specializing in the marketing of materials handling equipment. We offer wide range of conveyor belting, idlers, pulleys, magnets, conveyor structures, conveyor scrapers, industrial rubber, skirting rubber and rubber insertions. We also carry out hot and cold vulcanizing of conveyor belts and pulley lagging at our customer’s premises on a twenty-four hour breakdown basis.

S. Chesworth trading as Conveyor Splicing Services was founded in the Vaal Triangle in June 1991. As a result of rapidly growing sales in the domestic market the company was restructured and in March 1995 became a closed corporation with the name of Triangle Rubber trading as Conveyor Splicing Services and was then restructured again in September 2001 and renamed Triangle Rubber Marketing trading as Conveyor Splicing Services. At present the company employs sixteen full-time staff members and has three splicing teams.

Our customers include Sibanye Gold Mining Group, Sasol, Anglo Gold, Scaw Metals, WBHO and Arcelor Mittal to name a few.
